Yes. IDX Broker covers Acadiana MLS (RAAMLS), and we connect RAAMLS IDX on every site we build for agents, teams, and brokerages in Louisiana. Buyers search live RAAMLS listings on your site and register directly with you.
Usually, yes. Most MLSs, including RAAMLS, issue IDX feeds through the broker of record, so your managing broker signs the IDX agreement. We prepare the paperwork and handle the request with IDX Broker.
Feed approval is set by RAAMLS and often takes a few business days to a couple of weeks once your broker signs. We design and build your site in parallel, so approval rarely delays launch.
DMR websites start at $2,500 (templated), $3,500 (semi-custom), or $8,500 (fully custom), plus a $650 per 4 weeks retainer. IDX Broker's subscription and any RAAMLS IDX fee are billed separately by those providers.
IDX Broker works with most website platforms, so in many cases we can. If your current site isn't generating leads, we'll recommend a rebuild instead, because the 14-day qualified-lead guarantee only comes with a DMR site.
